The Kappelli Project
Preserving Malta’s Chapels and Small Churches through Digital Heritage
Explore Sample 3D ToursA National Treasure in 3D
Malta is home to more than 300 chapels and small churches, many of which date back centuries. These buildings are part of the nation’s spiritual and cultural identity — witnesses to faith, artistry, and community life across generations.
Missio Malta’s Kappelli Project was created to safeguard this heritage by digitally documenting every chapel and making it accessible through immersive 3D virtual tours.
